The site and proposals

The land on which this new neighbourhood is proposed is located at Wickham Park, currently an 18- hole golf course, driving range, car park and clubhouse owned by Crown Golf, in Wickham near Fareham. It is bordered by Titchfield Lane to the west, with Tanfield Lane to the east.

Our proposals are being designed to meet local need and deliver real social value. The early plans provide an exciting opportunity to deliver a mix of much-needed new housing, including affordable homes, along with a biodiverse public linear park, new active travel routes and pedestrian infrastructure. New padel courts are being explored, and the proposals will retain 12 holes of golf, the driving range and the clubhouse for the golf club.
